The Technology Partnership is comprised of three program levels to better meet the needs of the technology partners. Depending on individual market focus, ColdSpark offers partnership levels ranging from basic mutual collaboration, or the Alliance Partnership, through fully integrated solutions, or the Interop Partnership, to completely consolidated robust mail infrastructure, or the Solution Partnership.

Alliance Partners

The Alliance Partner Program creates an opportunity for mutual collaboration for companies with complimenting technologies.
Alliance Partners receive the advantage of co-marketing, while extending their market reach and possibilities, by tapping into ColdSpark’s industry-leading technology experts. These partners run mutually approved test plans in their labs, and subject to approval, attain partnership status after basic testing is completed.

Alliance Partners receive:

  • ColdSpark’s compatibility validation stamp of approval
  • Discount prices on ColdSpark’s products for interoperability testing
  • ColdSpark’s support of partner press releases
  • Use of ColdSpark’s logo on marketing materials and website
  • Inclusion of the partner on ColdSpark’s website
  • Announcement to ColdSpark’s field support and sales
  • Announcement in updates to ColdSpark sales channels and OEMs

Interop Partners

The Interop Partner Program provides tools, techniques, and support to develop fully interoperable email end-to-end enterprise software solutions and services. Proven interoperability is the key to reducing risk and time to implement email network infrastructure. ColdSpark’s Interop Partner stamp of approval means customers can be assured of the solution’s seamless interoperability. Being part of the ColdSpark Interop Partner Program means enhanced brand recognition for all involved while solving the customer's email network challenges.

Interop partnership is for key technology partners, as evidenced by market demand for joint solutions from ColdSpark and an Interop Partner, that require a robust test plan executed in the ColdSpark’s technology lab. Interop Partner testing goes beyond basic functional compatibility by emulating, as closely as possible, real-world environments.

Interop Partners receive the following (including Alliance Partner benefits):

  • Testing and validation of the solution in ColdSpark’s technology lab
  • Robust high-performance test plan
  • ColdSpark’s support of end-to-end solutions
  • Extensive post-launch marketing and press support

Solution Partners

The Solution Partner Program is for partners who make a significant commitment with ColdSpark to develop a relationship of mutual success and growth. The Solution Partnership Program is exclusively reserved for a few carefully selected ColdSpark partners that participate in mutual product development lifecycle.

In addition to the benefits of the Interop Partner, the Solution Partner also receives the industry’s most robust yet flexible development methodologies, highest caliber performance testing, and quality assurance.

The Solution Partnership Program is by invitation only.
