Ian Bonner, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board

Ian Bonner joined ColdSpark as Chairman of the Board in March, 2008. In 1993, after founding and ultimately selling Crosstalk Software, he joined IBM Software to build an independent channel infrastructure and organization. Over the next 11 years, Mr. Bonner was promoted to the position of Vice President and General Manager-Partner Programs overseeing channel revenue growth from $200 million to over $3 billion. He was also appointed to the IBM Senior Management Group in 1998. Since leaving IBM in 2001, he has been CEO of such high growth companies as Terraspring Software,(acquired by Sun Microsystems) Sistina Software, (acquired by Redhat Software) and most recently Inxight Software which became a wholly owned subsidiary of Business Objects in 2007.

Scott Brown, Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Brown has served as Chief Technology Officer and board member of ColdSpark since co-founding the company in 2001. In this role, Mr. Brown is responsible for emerging technologies, architecture and standards, and developing the technology strategy for the company. He is the author of numerous patents in messaging technology and a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 companies on messaging infrastructure, security and compliance. Mr. Brown led the team which invented the SparkEngine™, the industry's most powerful and extensible mail transport platform. Prior to ColdSpark, he served as CTO of Epidemic Marketing and Technical Director of ChannelOne Media. Additionally, he is a contributing member the Email Signing Technology Group (ESTG). Mr. Brown holds both an MA and BA from the University of Wisconsin.

Gregor Freund - Co-Founder, CEO, Zone Labs (acquired by Check Point Software)

Mr. Freund brings with him an exemplary track record as a technologist and entrepreneur. Previously, Mr. Freund was chief technology officer of Check Point and head of the Zone Labs Division (a company founded by Mr. Freund in 1997 and acquired by Check Point in 2004), where he was responsible for leading product development strategy. Prior to founding Zone Labs, he helped found Starfish Software, a developer of mobile information management technologies, later acquired by Motorola. In addition, Mr. Freund was a principal software architect for software developer, Borland.

Jordan Graham - Strategic Advisor, Mergers and Acquisitions, Citigroup

Mr. Graham currently serves as an advisor to Citrigroup’s Mergers and Acquisitions group. Previously, he served as Vice President of Cisco’s Services Industry Consulting organization where he was responsible for internet business consulting teams covering the Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Energy, and Media/Entertainment industries globally. Prior to that, Mr. Graham was Practice Director for the Financial Services Industry where he worked with senior business executives at Cisco’s top Securities, Banking, Insurance, and Managed Care clients to identify business transformation opportunities and develop E-business strategies where the deployment of web-based applications could enable competitive advantage. He is also a frequent speaker at many financial services and industry conferences including the SIA, IFSA, American Bankers Association, PC Forum, The Conference Board, and Investment Company Institute.

Thomas Neustaetter - JK&B Capital

Mr. Neustaetter has over 20 years of experience as an investor and investment banker, including more than 15 years of venture capital and private equity investment experience. Prior to joining JK&B, Mr. Neustaetter was a Partner of The Chatterjee Group, an affiliate of Soros Fund Management, where he focused on venture capital investments in the telecommunications and software industries. Prior to The Chatterjee Group, Mr. Neustaetter was the President and founder of Bancroft Capital, a general consulting firm.

Before founding Bancroft, Mr. Neustaetter was with Chemical Bank (now JP Morgan) for eight years where he founded Chemical Venture Partners-Northeast and was Head of Middle Market Investment Banking.

Mr. Neustaetter also serves on the Board of Directors of Instantis, FaceTime Communications, Cenzic, VMIX Media, Inc. and nCircle Network Security, and he also participates with the Board of Directors of E2open.
